We normally ship within seven business days after confirming the order.

Shipping may be earlier or later due to stock, delivery conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.

[About bottled tea]

To maintain quality and freshness, bottled tea may be made to order in small batches. It may therefore take up to approximately two weeks from order to shipment.

Quantity limits

Sales quantities may be limited for individual Products. Any limit will be shown on the relevant Product page.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because our Products are food items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are also not accepted for the following reasons.

• Ordering mistake • Difference from expectations • Taste or aroma does not suit you • Refusal to receive for customer convenience

[Product defects]

For damage, soiling, incorrect delivery, defects, or other fault attributable to the Company, contact us by email or telephone within five days of delivery.

We will exchange or refund at our expense.

If an exchange is difficult due to stock, we may issue a refund.

[Prolonged absence or refusal to receive]

If a Product is returned because of prolonged absence, refusal to receive, an incorrect address, or another customer convenience, the customer bears reshipping and return costs.

Because Products are food, we cannot refund the price of returned Products. Thank you for your understanding.

Products

The best-before date, ingredients, quantity, storage method, and other legally required information are stated on the Product package or Product page.

Carrier

Products are delivered by a carrier designated by the Company. We cannot accept requests for a specific carrier.
